turningpoint churches are a part of the CRC Churches International movement. With locations in Cranbourne, Frankston, Hallam, Koo Wee Rup, Lilydale, Mansfield, Officer & Seaford our primary vision is to take Christ out to the community and to bring the community to Christ.


We believe that Jesus is the eternal Son of God and is the second person in the Holy Trinity along with the Holy Spirit and God the Father.

turningpoint Cranbourne was started in 1990 with Ps Phil & Ps Norma Cayzer becoming Senior Ministers in 1993. The church is proactive within the Cranbourne area with turningpoint Support Centre assisting 30-45 families each week. The church has counselling services, a community garden, childcare & kindergarten on site, Lighthouse Christian College and the turningpoint School of Ministry. The church strongly supports missions in many areas from Papua New Guinea, Philippines, India, Vanuatu and East Africa.


The church is a culturally diverse family community that gathers every Sunday. Their heart is to reach all nations within the local community with the Gospel of Jesus Christ that has the power to reach, save and transform the world.

turningpoint Hallam began in 2008 under the vision of Pastor Julie Ohlson, today it is pastored by Pastor Phil Cayzer with the assistance of Sandra Tennison. Meeting at Pixel Playcentre in Hallam on a Sunday for church, Hallam also hosts HTP Kids for the children.


The turningpoint Hallam is a friendly multicultural church for all generations with programs running for the youth and young adults during the week. They have a heart to reach the community through the Food Support program on a Friday afternoon that provides for the needs of people who are doing it tough.

turningpoint Koo Wee Rup launched as a new campus in 2013 out of the old R.S.L Building. Ps Sean and his wife Jade have a huge heart for the community; the church works closely with the local Men's Shed, monthly outreach to the local nursing home, and are heavily involved in providing ministry and pastoral care to the seasonal workers that come to the area from Vanuatu. 

There is a vibrant Children's and young adults ministry as well.

turningpoint Lilydale is a new church plant out of Cranbourne and is now overseen by Ps Joel & Ps Sieni Cayzer. This couple are passionate about Missions as well as youth and young adults, with Ps Sieni being the CRC National Youth and Young Adults Leader. 

As part of the churches community focus The Basement Food Hub which is supported by the church, is a free community service to those in the area struggling with food insecurity.

Wildpath church overflows God's love into the Frankston community Sunday to Sunday. With regular outreach programs through the week including giving out free coffee to the homeless from their mobile coffee trailer every Wednesday night. The church also gives out emergency food relief to those doing it tough in the Frankston area. 


The church is run by Ps David Owens and his wife Rebecca who are passionate to see all encounter true freedom through Jesus Christ.

Mansfield Christian Fellowship has been running for over 30 years as a stand alone CRC church, and has recently joined the turningpoint family.


Ps Nathan Bargerbos and his wife Saskia have been leading the church for the past 7 years and have a desire to see the Christian community living out Jesus commands to love God, love your neighbour, to engage and impact the community and our world.

turningpoint Officer is a brand new church plant from Koo Wee Rup. Launching this year the church is establishing Connect Groups in the area and will be meeting weekly at Officer Community Hub, 2 Parker Street, Officer at 2:30pm from the 21st of July.
