turningpoint churches are a part of the CRC Churches International movement. With locations in Cranbourne, Lyndhurst, Koo Wee Rup, Lilydale, Officer, Seaford and Morwell, our primary vision is to bring Christ to the community and to bring the community to Christ.
We believe that Jesus is the eternal Son of God and is the second person in the Holy Trinity along with the Holy Spirit and God the Father.

Hello, I’m Ps Phil Cayzer, Senior Pastor of the turningpoint group of churches (also members of CRC Churches International). turningpoint is a community of local churches that love seeing people encounter “turning points” that positively change lives, especially through God’s love and through lovingly doing life together. turningpoint has authentic, friendly and passionate people who believe that Jesus Christ gives us New Creation life. Pastor Norma Cayzer, Cranbourne Campus Pastor
Pastor Norma has been married to Pastor Phil Cayzer for over 40 years. She is the mother of four adults and grandmother to nine grandchildren. Alongside her husband, Norma oversees the 9am Service, where they have been since 1993. She is actively involved in missions, training, counselling and the emergency relief area of their church. She has a passion to see the church linked to the greater community, bringing healing and hope.
Pastor Sean La'Brooy, Cranbourne
Pastor Sean and his wife Jade have led the Koo Wee Rup Campus for over 10 years with their 7 children. And now lead the 10:30am & 6pm Services at Cranbourne turningpoint Church. Pastor Sean is a builder by trade and has been running his own business for many years. Jade oversees Children's Ministry and works full time as a Nurse. This couple loves to see people transformed by the power of the word of God and the love of Jesus Christ
Ps Sandra Tennison, Lyndhurst
Pastor Sandra has a long history with turningpoint church. Many years ago, she was the Office Administrator for the Cranbourne Office. Sandra was an ACC pastor but has re-joined the turningpoint team and now leads the growing Lyndhurst congregation.
Pastor Phil, Lilydale
Ps Phil Cayzer is the Senior Pastor of the turningpoint group of churches and has planted 8 churches in the South East of Victoria in the past years. Phil has been married to Pastor Norma Cayzer for over 40 years. He is the father of four adult children and grandfather to 9 grandchildren. Today he is actively involved in church planting, missions and training in ministry for CRC Churches International. He has a passion to see the church linked to the greater community bringing healing and hope.
Phil is excited to see how the Gospel of Jesus will bring change to the Mornington Peninsula and Yarra Ranges as the church grows and impacts the local community.
Ps Jonathan Eli, Koo Wee Rup
Ps Jonathan and Patrina Eli are Campus Pastors at turningpoint Koo Wee Rup Church. They have served in ministry together for 13 years and joined Turningpoint over 7 years ago. This powerhouse couple have been instrumental in leading generational, worship, men and ladies ministries. Ps Jon and Patrina are both excited to be leading the Koo Wee Rup campus and are passionate about developing leaders. They have 6 beautiful children, love community and love helping people experience the reality of God's power in their lives.
Ps Margaret Aeschlimann, Seaford
Marg came from Leongatha CRC to turningpoint Church at the beginning of 2020. She heads up our Seaford campus with her husband of more than 40 years, Terry. Ps Marg is looking forward to connecting with people in the community, with an emphasis on children's ministry as a means of reaching families.
Ps Steve Franklin, Morwell
Ps Steve Franklin joined the turningpoint family at the start of 2023, when Morwell Family Church came under the leadership of turningpoint. Ps Steve Franklin is passionate about presenting Jesus Christ to the community.
Ps Tony O'Connell, Officer
Ps Tony O'Connell has been a powerful addition to the turningpoint Koo Wee Rup team and has pioneered the relaunching of Officer Church Plant. His strengths in Pastoral Care and his work teaching the Certificate III course have greatly assisted the growth and discipleship of many people at turningpoint.
Ps Llewellyn and Ps Antonet Brewart, Cranbourne
Ps Llewellyn has a wealth of experience as a station officer in the railway industry, spanning numerous years. Ps Antonet has been a VCE teacher over the years. They have faithfully served in turningpoint for many years and have recently been ordained as turningpoint Pastors.

Their journey leading up to becoming turningpoint Pastors is a testament to their unwavering commitment to serving the church, ministry and others. They assist across all three Sunday Services, as well as connect groups, prayer groups, marriage ministry and men’s and ladies ministries.
