turningpoint Cranbourne is a culturally diverse family community that gathers every Sunday. Our heart is to reach all nations within the local community with the Gospel of Jesus Christ. We believe that the Gospel has the power to reach, save and transform the world.
turningpoint Cranbourne started in 1990 and Ps Phil & Ps Norma Cayzer became Senior Ministers in 1993. The church is proactive within the Cranbourne area with turningpoint Support Centre helping the community with food parcels, chaplaincy and counselling. We also have community garden, childcare & kindergarten on site, as well as Lighthouse Christian College and the turningpoint School of Ministry. The church strongly supports missions in many areas such as Papua New Guinea, Philippines, India, Vanuatu and East Africa.
Pastor Norma has been married to Pastor Phil Cayzer for 30 years. She is the mother of four adults and grandmother to 6 grandchildren. Alongside her husband, Norma Pastors the Cranbourne campus where they have been since 1993. Norma is actively involved in missions, training, counselling and the emergency relief area of their church. She has a passion to see the church linked to the greater community bringing healing and hope.
