About the event
By filling out this online registration form, you hereby give permission for your child to attend the Splat Youth Camp 2019 on the 12th of July through to the 14th of July 2019 at Grantville Lodge. You give permission for your child to be transported in a privately owned vehicle where required. You hereby authorise the person(s) in charge, where it is impractical to communicate with me, to arrange for my child to receive medical or surgical treatment as may be deemed necessary.
