SBAT - School-Based Apprenticeship/Traineeship Cert III in Hospitality

This qualification reflects the role of skilled operators who use a broad range of hospitality service, sales or operational skills combined with supervisory skills and sound knowledge of industry operations to plan, monitor and evaluate the work of team members. This course provides a pathway to work in restaurants, accommodation venues, play centres, cafés, and coffee shops.

Training is delivered at PIXEL play centre Cranbourne and Hallam and also at L’arte Central café Cranbourne using current industry tools, equipment, documents and other resources which play an essential role in skills development to produce graduates that are industry ready.

You will graduate with a range of well-developed hospitality service, sales or operational skills and industry operations. Through practical restaurant operations, you will have learnt to work with some independence and under limited supervision using plans, policies and procedures to guide work activities.
